Dark and Dim

On a stormy Christmas day in Rocky Mountain National Park, I went for a drive with not much expectation of encountering anything but overcast skies with more winter storms coming along the way. It was getting to be around golden hour as I decided to camp out for a little while longer just to see if anything would develop. I was blessed with the sun peaking through the dark clouds to give some striking orange and pink ambient light to the mountain creating almost unreal atmospheric conditions.
